Refund policy

CANADA: SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is available on all orders within Ontario. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and hygiene liners attached.

A flat $15 CAD return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items that are worn, damaged, or returned without the original tags or hygiene liner are not eligible for a refund.
